A multi-tenant platform for managing boarding houses, built around a three-app architecture: a founder-facing admin console, a public map-based site for tenants to discover listings, and a per-operator management app for handling units, tenants, and billing.
Includes a payment model that distinguishes recurring rent from range-based utility billing, plus tiered pricing by unit size. Powered by Supabase for auth, data, and storage. Burrow started life as an earlier prototype called Rotten Orange, and grew into the current product.
