A zero-hosting Electron desktop app for Blue Rock Trading (Erbil, Iraq) that automates purchase and service request intake for the KAR Oil Refinery. Email attachments are retrieved automatically, documents are extracted (local PDF parsing plus AI vision for photos), then reviewed by a human with margin and vendor controls before being pushed to QuickBooks Online.
Approved requests become QuickBooks bills with their source documents attached, and can optionally generate matching customer invoices on Blue Rock's template (PO number, Service Ticket, Location custom fields, Sage-code service items, wire-transfer messaging). A Sage-to-QuickBooks account mapping is built in, and signed installers ship for both Mac and Windows. Live in production, pushing real bills and invoices.
