A production AI freight-sales chatbot for Willship International, built as a standalone app with a customer chat widget embeddable on their site via a Shadow-DOM overlay (no iframe), plus a self-service admin portal for prompt management with a draft, test, publish and rollback workflow behind magic-link and TOTP auth.

I built the integration layer end to end: lead extraction, HubSpot contact and deal creation with Google Ads attribution stitching, customer transcript emails, rate limiting, retention crons, and analytics events. The agent qualifies visitors, answers freight questions, and hands warm leads to the sales team.
